Many of our Bane-Clene customers have seen buckling or rippling like this many times, especially when carpet was just knee-kicked-in instead of power-stretched in.
The black spots on the carpet shown below are from the graphite lubricant from a recliner there. Mr. Kennay did a normal extraction using Bane-Clene truckmount equipment followed by Saf-T-Solv™ solvent spotter, followed again with a normal extraction. That works most of the time unless the consumer has worked on it himself, in which case he uses Stain Magic to remove the stain.

Here’s a tough carpet stain problem solved by Kennays Carpet Care. The carpet had been taped off to represent a roadway for kids down a hallway. It was installed several years ago.
They no longer use it for that so they removed the tape and it left a sticky residue which Kennays was able to remove using Bane-Clene Saf-T-Solv™ solvent spotter with a brush and a terry cloth followed by cleaning with Bane-Clene truckmounted extraction carpet cleaning equipment and detergents.
