Below are photos from Bane-Clene Systems®, the service company division of Bane-Clene® Corp., of a job stripping the tile floors with High Power Floor Stripper and refinishing the floors with High Shine Floor Finish. Additionally, all the chairs, partitions and carpets were cleaned with Preface® Prespray, Booster™ and PCA™ Formula 5 using a Bane-Clene Perma-Mount® 120 Deluxe truck-mount carpet cleaning extractor and protected with Sta-Clene® Formula 940 Soil & Stain Repellent. This was completed for a Welding Supply Company in Indianapolis before its 100th anniversary celebration. A quarterly maintenance program was also initiated for the company so that the facility would always look this great to their visitors and customers.

The black spots on the carpet below are from the graphite lubricant from a recliner there. Mr. Kennay did a normal extraction using Bane-Clene truckmount equipment followed by Saf-T-Solv™ solvent spotter, followed again with a normal extraction. That works most of the time unless the consumer has worked on it himself, in which case he uses Stain Magic to remove the stain.
