DIY: Remove Merthiolate Stain from Rugs and Carpets

1. Blot with alcohol - Do NOT rub!
2. Blot with a solution of 2 tablespoons of HOUSEHOLD ammonia per cup of water.
3. Blot with a solution of 1 cup of WHITE vinegar per 2 cups of water.
4. Blot with lukewarm water with a white towel.
5. Blot dry with a dry WHITE absorbent towel.
6. Perky^® Spotter usually will remove such stains.
