How to Prevent or Remove Fusion Lines in Carpet

Fusion lines occur when heavy furniture is dragged across the carpet, especially if olefin. The friction from the dragging creates sufficient heat to fuse the tips of the carpet. Unless very small, this is not correctable.

Never drag furniture across carpet unless you are using EZ Moves™ or Bane-Glides™ Furniture Movers (often called “skidders”.)
