  2. Vacuum very thoroughly, working from the outside toward the center to keep from spreading the material (no brush initially).
  3. Then vacuum with the brush or pile lift.
  4. Apply Power Gel, agitate, very thoroughly extract and dry blot to avoid wicking.
  5. Lightly brush or groom to align fibers.
  6. If discoloration remains, apply diluted Pro-Solve Gel Spot and Stain Remover
  7. If a heavy spill, use Stain Blotter Anti-Wicking Absorbent Powder to prevent wicking.
  8. Of course, if the customer has tried to remove it before you arrived or a herd of two-legged elephants has walked on the carpet and ground in the material, you are unlikely to remove it all.
