How to Remove a Spot & Stain from Carpet Desitin^®

Desitin is an ointment, primarily used for diaper rash, containing zinc oxide (40%), cod liver oil, lanolin, petrolatum, talc, fragrance, preservative and water.

1. Scrape up all excess residue with a spoon, blot with Saf-T-Solv™ Dry Volatile Solvent Spotter and extract.
2. If totally removed, use Stain Blotter Anti-Wicking Absorbent Powder by Pro’s Choice to prevent wicking.
3. The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day.
