Chemspec Heavy Soil Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner is a prespray concentrate specially blended to penetrate and release embedded soils and oils ideal for restaurant carpet near cooking areas and other heavily-soiled commercial carpets.
Carpet traffic lane cleaners, like the Chemspec Heavy Soil Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner, emulsify heavy soils that have penetrated the carpet backing, releasing soils to the surface for easy extraction.

Chemspec Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner Dilutions:
- Normal Use Concentration: Use at 1:32 for routine pre-spray and 1:21 for heavier cleaning.
- Heavy-Duty Use Concentration: For heavy cleaning, wick back problems or yellowing due to problems associated with glue back carpets, saturate with a 10:1 dilution. Allow 5 - 10 minutes of dwell time, then extraction clean the carpet.
- Dilution for an Injection Sprayer: (9:1 high pressure model): Mix 1½ qt. with 5 qt. of water.
How to Clean Carpet with Chemspec Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner:
- MUST shake well prior to use - product separates.
- Set out caution signs if working in commercial area.
- Pretest in an inconspicuous area.
- Pre-vacuum area to be cleaned.
- Prespray diluted product onto carpet and work in with groomer, carpet rake or brush.
- Allow 5 - 10 minutes dwell time.
- DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY before extraction cleaning the carpet.
- Extract with a carpet cleaning detergent or emulsifier.
