Remove Ice Melt / Calcium Chloride Ice Melt off carpets and rugs

  1. If dry, thoroughly vacuum first.
  2. If wet blot dry with a dry WHITE absorbent towel.
  3. Blot with a solution of 1 cup of WHITE vinegar per 2 cups of water (Ice melt dissolves in acid).
  4. Blot with lukewarm water with a white towel.
  5. Blot dry with a dry WHITE absorbent towel.
