The Bane-Clene Perma-Mount® 120 Deluxe carpet cleaning system is designed for the company that desires high output capability but does not require the portability feature that is standard with all other Bane-Clene equipment. Permanently mounted tanks, utilizing the same time-tested working components used in our portable base units, allow a cleaning company to work all day.
Triple heating system: Wasted engine heat automatically heats your cleaning solution to the right temperature and an auxiliary electric heater is used for water temperature control. The large insulated tanks enable you to clean all day without having to refill or dump water. The system is totally electric, with no dangerous or expensive fuels required. It is not necessary to operate truck engine while cleaning.
The Perma-Mount 120 provides the same fast drying as our other systems along with the power-assisted hose reels featured on our Para-Mount® and Duo-Mount®. A perfect fit for the one-person truck operation where all work can be accomplished from your vehicle. Designed for installation into a 3/4 ton van. 1-ton is recommended.

The Para-Mount carpet cleaning equipment is the ultimate one-man cleaning system—the result of years of development and refinement. It is designed as a truck-mounted operation with enough water capacity to work all day and take away the waste water, eliminating the illegal dumping of dirty water onto streets. It has the lowest maintenance time and cost in the industry. Low profile design distributes weight evenly in the van.
The Para-Mount provides the same fast drying time, positive moisture control, chemical blending system, and quick setup time—both truck-mounted and portable—as are found in the other Bane-Clene systems.

- Bane-Clene Corp. welcomes you to attend our management training school.
Please call 800 428 9512 for schedule and tuition fees. - Service on your equipment is available in Indianapolis, Indiana and at Hackettstown, New Jersey service center.
- It is strongly recommended that you purchase an operator's manual and the maintenance training tapes or DVD's before calling with specific questions.
- We cannot and will not give training and equipment instruction on the phone.
Suggestions if you are buying used Bane-Clene equipment from an unauthorized source:
- Ask seller for clean bill of sale and be sure equipment is not encumbered by a lease, financing agreement or a lien of any kind..
- Require the serial number and model number of the unit.
If the serial number hs been removed or altered, the unit is probably stolen. - Require the seller to demonstrate the equipment to be sure it is in working order and meets your expectations.
- Require the seller to demonstrate equipment maintenance, locate filters and explain the gauges.
If the gauges are not operable, require the seller to replace them.
Working gauges are critical in assessing equipment performance.
