Just wanted to let you know that the folks you sent to clean our carpeting passed my wife's test, e.g. areas I and other firms couldn't get cleaned were a piece of cake to your folks!
The men who came were clearly professional, cleaned areas that other carpet cleaning firms hadn't touched and lifted furniture to place protective papers and foam where these same firms left the furniture to "grow" rust marks.
The fact that you satisfied my wife's concerns greatly pleases me. Moreover, your folks were on time, organized and provided a TRUSTING service from second number one on arrival. Your folks knew what to do, how to do it.
Obviously, you must have some armed forces in your background!! Please pass a special "Thanks" to those you sent. Our best regards for a superb service. We'll be calling later for our routine maintenance cycle and we know we'll get the same excellent service.
