Jerry arrived on time. I asked him for an estimate to clean the house. I explained to him that renters just moved out of the house and everything was a bit of a mess. Being that they are carpet cleaners, one would they would lean towards cleaning rather than replacing. Jerry was very honest. He told me there were too many stains and odors that would not come out to where he felt I would be happy. He took a lot of time even though he knew that there would be no work for him in the end. He explained what he saw in the carpet and we talked about proper care of a carpet once we get new ones laid. I thank him for his honesty and not just trying to "get the job."

The representative came and spent time cleaning the mattress as was proposed. I put fans on the mattress for several days. The application and removal worked and I can sleep on the mattress again. Of course, the accident happened on my side of the bed! This didn't totally eliminate the odor if I put my nose in the mattress, but I don't notice the odor when I am laying in bed anymore. It was awful before. I was ready to get rid of the bed. The technician worked very hard, was right on time, and was very friendly.

The last company made a mess in front and were so noisy I was afraid the neighbors would complain. They told me their muffler was broken and they had to run the truck to run the cleaning machine inside. Their truck leaked dirty water down the street in front of my neighbors home. When you want your carpets really clean

The only carpet cleaner I have used because they did such a fine job and I am afraid to use anyone else. I was hesitant to use the chemical carpet cleaning and Bane is the old fashioned water/steam cleaning. Staff is friendly and they do a quick and efficient job.
