Probable Cause Solution
Fill spout cap loose. Tighten.
Defective seal in full spout gap. Replace Viton O ring.
Leak from hose fittings. Tighten all fittings.
Leak in Stainless Steel hose. Replace.
Leak in pressure supply hose. Replace.
Defective pressure switch. Call Bane-Clene.
Defective compressor. Call Bane-Clene.
Defective check valve. Replace.

  • Compressor not restarting.

Probable Cause Solution
Blockage in Stainless Steel head. Replace.
Blockage in vacuum hose. Clean or replace.
Blockage on vacuum intake. Clean.
Vacuum bag full. Remove and clean.
Bad silicone seal. Replace.
Leak from silicone seal. Secure rubber latches.

  • Compressor shuts off with pressure, but no spray.

Probable Cause Solution
Filter screens dirty. Remove and clean.
Blockage in "T" jet. Remove and clean.
Worn stem assembly in head valve. Remove and replace.
Defective quick coupler. Replace.
Defective pressure switch. Call Bane-Clene.

Defective teflon disk. Turn disk over or replace.
