Vomit is strongly acidic and, therefore, can severely stain nylon.

  1. Scrape up excess and thoroughly extract.
  2. Apply Perky®.
  3. Allow to digest for 20 minutes.
  4. Apply Microban® or Sporicidin Disinfectant Solution.
  5. Agitate with bone scraper or carpet shark.
  6. Extract.
  7. To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
  8. The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day.
  9. If stain-resist nylon, apply Teflon® Advanced or Carpet Protector to restore stain resistance.
  10. Stain Magic™ treatment may be required.
