from Bane-Clene®

Vomit is strongly acidic and, therefore, can severely stain nylon and permanently set dyes (the lower the pH, the more stable the dye).

  1. Scrape up excess and thoroughly extract.
  2. If this is a synthetic fiber, apply Pro-Zyme diluted according to label directions and agitate the area with the Carpet Shark.
  3. Allow the enzymes to digest for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Extract.
  5. If this is a synthetic fiber, apply Stain Magic according to label directions.
  6. If this is wool or cotton, use Stain Magic for Wool.
  7. If this is sisal (jute), don't even bother trying - the stain isn't going to come out!
  8. Agitate with carpet shark.
  9. Extract.
  10. To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
