Milk Spot & Stain Removal from Carpets and Rugs

- If heavy spill, have customer put down a weighted moist towel overnight.
- Apply Pro-Zyme Spotter heavily (must get to the pad if it was a heavy spill).
- In exteme cases, replacing contaminated pad may be necessary!
- Gently but thoroughly agitate fibers to break up and emulsify deposit.
- Allow dwell time - at least 30 minutes, overnight if heavy..
- Thoroughly extract leaving carpet as dry as possible (do not use an acid rinsing agent here).
- If extremely heavy, use the Water Claw® Spotter Sub-Surface Spot Lifter to more thoroughly flush out the milk.
- Get as dry as possible.
- To prevent odor development from any trace of milk left behind, apply MicroBan® Disinfectant Spray or Sporicidin Disinfectant Solution.
- To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
- The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day. .
