Insecticide Spot & Stain Removal from Carpets and Rugs

  1. Most insecticides permanently stain, bleach or discolor carpet fibers with little chance of restoring the carpet to the original color.
  2. Apply Preface® at 1:10 with water and extract.
  3. If any residue remains, remove with Saf-T-Solv™.
  4. To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
  5. The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day.
  6. Spot dyeing may be required.
