- Scrape up, saturate area with Pro-Zyme, agitate, allow at least ½ hour dwell time and extract.
- If extremely heavy, use the Water Claw™ Sub-Surface Spot Lifter with very hot water to more thoroughly flush out the spill.
- Extract.
- To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
- The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day.
- Hot gravy is most probably in the backing and pad, necessitating partial pad/carpet replacement.
