  1. Scrape up, saturate area with Pro-Zyme, agitate, allow at least ½ hour dwell time and extract.
  2. If extremely heavy, use the Water Claw™ Sub-Surface Spot Lifter with very hot water to more thoroughly flush out the spill.
  3. Extract.
  4. To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
  5. The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day.
  6. Hot gravy is most probably in the backing and pad, necessitating partial pad/carpet replacement.
