Calamine^® Spot & Stain Removal
from Carpets and Rugs

1. Calamine lotion is an external medication for poison ivy, etc.
2. Calamine lotion usually contains calamine, zinc oxide, clay, calcium hydroxide (lime), glycerin and water.
3. Scrape up as much of the Calamine spill as possible, if still wet.
4. Thoroughly extract.
5. If any of the Calamine lotion remains, blot with alcohol, blot with undiluted Brown Out^®, blot with damp towels and blot with dry towels.
6. To prevent wicking, heavily sprinkle Stain Blotter on area to absorb any material that wicks up.
7. The customer can vacuum up the Stain Blotter the next day.
