Ball Point Ink Pen and Stamp Pad Ink Spot & Stain Removal
from Bane-Clene®
- This problem is nearly always from the same source - a dog chews up a ball point pen and creates a mess on the carpet!
- Ball point ink is extremely concentrated - a little goes a LONG way.
- Simply blotting with a solvent such as Saf-T-Solv™ or alcohol will simply make the spot larger and force the ink into the backing and make quite a mess.
- Instead, use Pro-Solve Liquid and Stain Magic.
- Procedure :
- Ink Removal: LIBERALLY wet the ink deposit and the area extending one inch around the deposit with Stain Magic.
- Apply Pro-Solve Liquid to the ink and gently, but thoroughly, agitate the deposit with a Carpet Shark.
- As deposit dissolves, the Stain Magic will remove its color.
- Alternate applications of Stain Magic and Pro-Solve Liquid as needed.
- Extraction rinse and blot dry to finish.
- General Usage: Apply to contamination. Agitate gently to dissolve contamination and blot up with a dry, absorbent cloth.
