New, Improved Double-Concentration Phase I™ Water-Soluble Odor Control Concentrate
Phase I solves the usual odor problems with so little effort. By simply adding one ounce of mint-fragrance Phase I per gallon of cleaning solution, those everyday odors are whisked away with the recovered water in your extraction machine.
Phase I is a high-potency, super-concentrated, water-soluble deodorizer that eliminates very offensive odors by complex chemical interaction. It is NOT a mask for undesirable odors and does not in any way dull the sense of smell.
Phase I will effectively control the source of most common odors.
Phase I is an aqueous concentrate of emulsifiers, fast-acting glycols, liquifiers, couplers, perfume, dual-deodorizing system, and a quaternary ammonium chloride (a known germicide) at DOUBLE the concentration of the previous formulation.
Not for use on stain-resistant nylon carpet.
Use Concentration: 1 to 2 ounces per gallon cleaning solution.
Use pH: 7
New, Improved Double-Concentration Phase II™ Solvent-Based Odor Control Concentrate
For those more difficult problems such as smoke, urine, vomit, perspiration, medicines, and rancid food oils, we recommend Phase II.
Phase ll is a solution of solvents, fast-acting glycols, liquifiers, couplers, perfume, dual-deodorizing system, and quaternary ammonium chloride (a known germicide) at double the concentration of the previous formulation.
Phase II is a high-potency ready-to-use deodorizer that eliminates extraordinarily offensive odors by complex chemical interaction. It is not a cover-up or a masking agent. Phase II kills animal odors, human and pet "accident" odors, smoke damage odors, kitchen odors, musty odors and mildew odors.
Phase II can be applied through a Viton sprayer, atomizer for cold fog application, or injected with an injection needle. Do not add Phase II to the solution tank or dilute it with water.
Not for use on stain-resistant nylon carpet.
Use Concentration: Undiluted.
Use pH: 6 - 7

Mixing Instructions:
Pump sprayer application:
For normal soil, dilute four ounces per gallon of water (1:32).
For heavy soil, dilute six ounces per gallon of water (1:21).
Injection sprayer set at 1:9:
For normal use, 1 ½ quarts into a five quart container.
For heavy soil, use 2 ½ quarts in a five-quart container.
Directions:
Prior to use, pre-test for color fastness in an inconspicuous area using all label directions.
Prespray soiled areas and spots with Pro-Spray Spotter solution. Follow with hot water extraction.
New, Improved Sta-CleneŽ Formula 940 Soil & Stain Repellent
New, Improved Sta-Clene has exceptional oil, water and soil repellency.
Sta-Clene Formula 940 with Elexon™ is a clear product designed for use on rugs and upholstery, including (finished and Nubuck). Will not affect the appearance, feel, color, odor or other properties of the treated surface.
Not only does Sta-Clene have the abrasive-resistant quality necessary for rugs to withstand heavy foot traffic, it contains Elexon, an elasticity ingredient that enables the upholstery to stretch when sat upon without breaking or cracking the protective coating. It is the only protector in the industry with these qualities.
The ultimate in fabric protection, Sta-Clene does not extend drying time as do water-based protectors. Sta-Clene can be applied immediately after extraction cleaning.
A soil and stain barrier for both rugs and upholstered furniture, Sta-Clene will not spoil and is less expensive to use than water-based products.
Sta-Clene makes subsequent cleaning easier, lengthens the life of the fibers, and reduces the severity of water-based and oil-based spills and stains.
The Bane-Clene service company applies Sta-Clene to all rugs and furniture it cleans with no extra charge. Using Sta-Clene on rugs and upholstery is better than using a water-based product because Sta-Clene does not increase the dry time. As a result, the likelihood of browning and dye bleeding is greatly reduced.
When applying Sta-Clene, use a solvent-resistant water-free sprayer such as Bane-Clene's Stainless steel sprayer with the nozzle held approximately knee high with the product being applied until rug or upholstery glistens slightly. Do not use a sprayer that aerosolizes or atomizes the mist into the air.
Avoid getting Sta-Clene on woodwork around the furniture or rug that is being cleaned and/or protected. Always place furniture on furniture pads when cleaning and treating the furniture.
The new solvent-based Sta-Clene formula is based on a fluorinated polymer rather than the old silicone. The advantages over the old product are:
- Nearly odorless.
- Much more stable.
- Resists oil-based spills and soils.
- Better resistance to water-based spills and soils.
- Better dry soil resistance.
- Will not void stain-resist warranties.
- Works even on olefin.

New Lemon Fragrance for Air Fresh Odor Counteractant complements the "Clean and Fresh" fragrance
Pro's Choice Lemon Fragrance Air Fresh Odor Counteractant is a commercial strength water based odor counteractant. It is effective on such odors as urine, vomit, smoke, mildew, animal odor, water damage and many more odors.
Directions:
- Use as an additive to your anti-microbial in water damage treatments or as an additive to your cleaning solution to leave a clean fresh scent.
- For shampooing or steam cleaning, mix 1 ounce Air Fresh to each gallon of cleaning solution.
- For use without cleaning, mix 1 part Air Fresh to 3 parts of water and spray carpet with trigger sprayer. For extremely bad spots, apply full strength.
- For room deodorizing, mix 1 part Air Fresh with 10 parts of water and fog room with trigger sprayer.
- May be injected into jute backing full strength to control deep imbedded odors.
- Use pH: 7.
