To Jimmie: Recently, I had to call Dan Willis to ask for a copy of the receipt for the latest van / equipment I bought from you last summer. Dan followed through and got back to me A.S.A.P. and I appreciate that SO much! Of course, with Ted Gurnowski and Co. here in New Jersey representing Bane Clene so well, I am NEVER at a loss for things to appreciate. Ted and his people give fantastic service CONTINUALLY. My real reason for writing has to do with the new (March 2009) CLEANFAX, wherein Mike Palmer of HydraMaster saw a "crude truckmount system" over 40 years ago and set out to build one better. When I read that, knowing that Bane Clene invented YOUR system around the time frame mentioned, I suspect Mike was calling YOUR system crude and I read the rest of this "TRUCKMOUNT PROFILE". Seems that HydraMaster has JUST improved their machine to the point where the latest model "uses the heat generated by the host vehicle to heat the cleaning solutions". Wow, that's what YOU guys have been doing for YEARS!!! Does that mean all of THEIR previous models were "crude"??? I don't write this as an attack on HydraMaster, I write it as a defense of Bane Clene. When will cleaners STOP attacking other manufacturers and "get together" here? The people running WASHINGTON these days are our enemies, not each other. Anyway, keep up the GREAT WORK!!! Next month will be 26 years for us with you and I have NEVER REGRETTED. BTW, before Bane Clene, the last truckmount I used THAT WORKED was a HydraMaster!!!!
