Van Safety"Lights on for safety" is an old slogan. A good rule of thumb is to turn on your headlights any time the use of windshield wipers is required and especially just before dusk. In foggy weather, remember that the low beam is better. The same is true when it is snowing. High beam hits the fog or snow and reflects back into the eyes of the driver. Check the alignment of headlights to be sure the low beam will pick up the curbside edge of the road. |
