Image in the Carpet Cleaning Industry

Image is important in business. What the prospect or customer thinks of you on first impression will affect present and future business dealings. A clean, well lettered truck in someone’s driveway is not only good advertising; it is a testimonial as well. People tend to judge others by outward appearances (right or wrong, that’s the way it’s done).

A dirty, battered service vehicle will lose business opportunities. A technician who does not use deodorant will never be invited back into a nice home. If your equipment looks as though it has been through a war, you will raise doubts in the mind of the customer.

Personal grooming, care of equipment and good manners are as important as knowing how to do the job.
