Seaming Iron

3" Grooved bottom iron.

The grooved bottom helps prevent adhesive from being squeezed out and also leaves it in an up position for better transfer to the carpet backing.

The back end is notched to help prevent hot melt adhesive from being scraped from the tape surface when removing the iron at the end of the seam.
