Chemspec Soil Retardant Roto-Brite

For bonnet and interim cleaning of loop pile carpet.

Advanced carpet maintenance technology incorporating the power of hydrogen peroxide and state of the art encapsulation properties.

Roto-Brite II is non-surfactant based, making it the ideal product for use in Low Moisture Cleaning Application such as spray bonnet and cylindrical brush applications where routine carpet maintenance is performed and residues are critical.

Roto-Brite II has a neutral pH, will not brown and will not leave surfactant residues that contribute to re-soiling and carpet yellowing. Effectively removes surface soils, beverage stains such as coffee, tea and soda from the surface as well as light ball point pen ink, greases, oils and tars.

Apply to carpet using machine manufacturer's recommended use instructions, normal vacuuming procedures removes the encapsulated soils.

Directions:

  • Dilution 1:10 (12 oz/gal).
  • Use a drive block and bonnet or other rotary machine equipped with sprayer, drive block and bonnet.
  • Spray diluted Roto-Brite II lightly on bonnet or pad for lubrication.
  • Spray solution lightly on carpet in path of rotary machine while buffing the carpet.
  • When bonnet becomes soiled, use reverse side.
  • Soiled pads should be rinsed in warm water.
  • NOTE: Do not run a DRY bonnet on olefin (polypropylene) carpet or rug - olefin has a very low softening point!

Clean and Brighten Your Cotton Bonnets: When you wash bonnets, use 3 oz. (1 heaping scoop) of Extreme Clean with 6 oz. (2 heaping scoops) of OSR in your wash.

Use Concentration: 1:10 (12 ounces per gallon water).

Use pH: 6.5 – 7.5
