Toll-Free Phone Service
While many businesses restrict the use of toll-free 800 telephone service to orders only, Bane-Clene provides “open” usage for all. Toll-free lines are available between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Indianapolis Time, Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
Our Policy
At Bane-Clene there are no strings attached to our toll-free telephone service. We installed our first toll-free number in 1973 and now have many lines:
- Lines for equipment orders and HOT LINE CALLS, such as customer relations, bidding on jobs, and equipment maintenance questions.
- Direct lines to our order desk for chemicals, sales aids, accessories, and equipment parts.
We want you to know that at Bane-Clene we welcome your call, no matter what the subject. All calls are answered by experts in the cleaning business. So, if you purchased your equipment last week or thirty years ago, and you have a question, you are welcome to call us toll free.
Remember, Indianapolis observes Daylight Savings Time.
