Pro’s Choice Odor Barrier

A combination of insect secretions and odor modifiers, Pro’s Choice Odor Barrier forms a barrier to odorous gases, sealing them away and eliminating odors from subflooring and wall surfaces.

Odor Barrier is designed to be applied to a walls and contaminated subfloor and tackless strip. Do not apply to face fibers or to the backing.

To avoid the frustration of clogged sprayers, spread Odor Barrier with a paintbrush, roller, or lambs wool wax applicator. Remember the importance of liberal application around the tackless strip if you are not replacing it.

You can re-use your applicator by rinsing it promptly after use. Remember, once dry, the Odor Barrier is no longer water-soluble.

NOTE: Even if customer is replacing the carpet due to pet odor, the subfloor still needs to be sealed! Offer your services to real estate agents!

Establishes a positive gas vapor barrier to lock odors away from the living environment.
