Neutral Floor Cleaner
for VCT Resilient Floor Tile
from Bane-Clene® and Chemspec®
Cleans the toughest soil from floor finish without hazing or stripping the floor finish.
Ideal for use with 175 rpm floor machines, automatic scrubbers or as a mop-on floor cleaner.
Neutral Floor Cleaner is designed to effectively clean and enhance floor finishes without foaming, leaving behind a pleasant scent.
Cleans difficult to remove soil from high gloss floors without hazing or damaging floor finish.
Directions for using Neutral Floor Cleaner:
Daily maintenance:
- Dust mop entire floor.
- Set out Caution Signs.
- Apply 2 oz/gal Neutral Floor Cleaner with a clean mop, rinse and let dry.
Scrub and Re-Coat:
- Set out Caution Signs.
- Mix 4 ounces/gallon of water and apply with a clean mop. Scrub floor using a 175 rpm floor machine with an appropriate scrubbing pad.
- Pick up solution with a mop or wet-dry vacuum.
- Pick up solution with a mop, wet/dry vacuum, the Turbo-Hybrid or other hard surface floor tools available from Bane-Clene shown in the Stone Care section and rinse with a clean mop and cold water or a hard surface floor tool.
- Rinse with a clean mop and cold water.
- Let dry and apply 1 – 2 coats of Tight Shine or Hi-Shine 25 Floor Finish.
Use Concentration for Neutral Floor Cleaner: 2-4 ounces/gallon.
Use pH: 6.5 - 7.5
