Molecular Modifier is a formulation of cleaning agents, bacterial cultures, enzymes, and odor modifiers which break down the molecular structures of odor-causing substances and stains.

Removes most odors and stains caused by urine, vomit, feces, blood, mildew, decaying food, and other organic matter.

Directions:

Agitate or stir before use. Prior to cleaning, saturate contaminated area with sufficient undiluted Molecular Modifier to penetrate all contamination, which might have soaked into carpet, backing, and pad.

May be diluted for moderate contaminations or used full strength for extreme odor. It is best to apply using a pump sprayer set to a coarse (large droplet) spray. The secret to successful odor removal is to make sure Molecular Modifier permeates every area that was contaminated.

Allow treated area to dry completely. Maximum effects of treatment may not be realized for up to 14 days.

    LIGHT CONTAMINATION:
  • Saturate each contaminated spot liberally with Molecular Modifier.
  • Use the Injection Needle for Pet Odor Elimination using the Multi-Sprayer injection needle attached to the Multi-Sprayer to reach® / Flash Spotter Sub-Surface contamination - or the Injection Kit.
  • Allow 24 hours dwell time.
  • Hot water extraction-clean the area.

Note: When it is not possible to allow dwell time and cleaning must be done at the time of the treatment, treat the urine spots first and allow the treatment to work while you set up for your job, prespray traffic areas, etc. During your extraction process only lightly clean contaminated spots so as to leave sufficient active product in the carpet to complete the odor removal work for you.

REMEMBER! If you clean before you apply the Molecular Modifier, the moisture from the cleaning solution will prevent the Molecular Modifier from reaching into all odorous areas. ALWAYS apply Molecular Modifier to the carpet when it is dry for best results.

NOTE: For more severe contamination, replacement of pad and application of Odor Barrier to the subfloor and backing may be required. Any remaining stains may be removed with Stain Magic® or Urine Stain Remover. For extreme conditions, use OSR.
