Outstanding Water and Detergent Resistance: Offers a durable foundation to prevent excessive wear while providing water and detergent resistance. Penetrates and fills porous surfaces, rapidly, while offering the ultimate in base coat protection.

Offers a durable foundation to prevent excessive wear while providing outstanding water and detergent resistance.

Provides a deeper, longer lasting shine when used in connection with Tight Shine or Hi-Shine 21 or Hi-Shine 25.

Directions:

  • Do not dilute.
  • Pour Floor Sealer into a clean bucket.
  • Using a clean rayon mop, such as the Rx Lint-Free Mop, apply a thin coat of Floor Sealer to floor surface.
  • Allow to completely dry. Drying time may vary between 30 – 40 minutes depending on conditions.
  • Additional coats of sealer may be applied depending on the condition of the floor surface.
  • Apply Tight Shine or Hi-Shine 21 or Hi-Shine 25.

Use Concentration: Undiluted

Coverage: 2,000 - 2,500 sq ft per gallon

Use pH: 8.0 – 9.0
