Pro’s Choice SCR
Soil Crystallization Rinse
Using Encapsulation Technology

from Bane-Clene®

Last Step Acid Rinse

Prevent wicking in the worst case restaurants and other carpets likely to have re-occurring spots and stains from multiple heavy spills!

Ideal for the extraction step of restorative cleaning. And yes, any residue dries to a brittle crystal. SCR performs the dual role of emulsifier and rinse agent. SCR functions as an extraction emulsifier by contributing to the performance of pre-spray and prevents re-attachment of soil to carpet fiber during the extraction process. Yet SCR is also a rinse agent - it rinses away detergent residues and then during the drying process combines with wicking residue to form non-sticky crystal structures.

Neutralizers rinse cleaning chemicals freely from fibers and restore pH balance. Drying agents reduce drying time. Anti re-soiling agents reduce resoiling. Anti-foam agents keep your recovery system functioning at peack efficiency.

Especially helpful in solving reappearing wicking soil and rapid resoiling on commercial level loop carpet that has been improperly cleaned for years.

Shown in the petri dish to the right is the residue left after SCR dries to crystals - which absorb any materials wicking to the surface to prevent call-backs due to wicking reappearing spots. crystal residue from Pro’s Choice Crystal Rinse
