Chemspec Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner

Chemspec Heavy Soil Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner is a prespray concentrate formulated with dual surfactants and solvents specially blended to penetrate and release embedded soils and oils.

Chemspec Heavy Soil Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner system emulsifies heavy soils that have penetrated the carpet backing, releasing soils to the surface for easy extraction. Assists with wicking and yellowing problems.

Formulated with a dual surfactant/solvent system which is more effective in penetrating and releasing embedded soils.

Effective at 32:1 on greasy/oily soil, asphalt walk-off and other water and oil-based soils.

Ideal for restaurant carpet near cooking areas, offices of auto repair companies, heavily soiled commercial carpets or any heavily soiled carpet.

Stain resistant safe.

Suspends stubborn soils and oils.

Coverage: Up to 13,200 sq. ft/gal.

Chemspec Heavy Soil Express Lane Traffic Lane Cleaner Use Concentration:

  • Use at 1:32 for routine pre-spray and 1:21.
  • For heavy cleaning. or wick back problems or yellowing due to problems associated with glue back carpets, saturate with a 10:1 dilution. Allow 5 - 10 minutes of dwell time, then extraction clean the carpet.

Use pH: 8.5 – 9.5
