Clean Carpet Sanitizer Prespray is a specially formulated ammoniated degreasing cleaner which instantly liquefies a wide variety and range of soils. Clean Carpet Sanitizer Prespray is tough enough to remove heavy smoke damage residues from surfaces but gentle enough to be used as a Carpet Traffic Lane Cleaner and Upholstery Cleaning pre-spray.

DIRECTIONS:
Hard surface contents cleaning: Dilute with 1 part product with 3 - 9 parts hot tap water and lightly spray smoke damaged and soiled surfaces, agitate with sponge, rinse if necessary, towel dry.

Traffic Lane Cleaner before cleaning with Microban Carpet Cleaner Sanitizer®: Dilute with 3 - 9 parts hot tap water and place in sprayer. Lightly spray soiled surfaces and immediately extract.

Test surfaces or items to be cleaned in inconspicuous area to check for potential damage or adverse reaction.

Use pH: 11 - 12
