First Bane-Clene truckmounted carpet cleaning machine

This half-ton 1969 Dodge van was the first carpet cleaning truck-mount in the industry. The cleaning unit logged more than 25,000 hours and cost only $967.00 for repair and maintenance in 26 years of service. The original Sutorbilt vacuum pump still works. Now retired to the Bane-Clene museum, the truck and truck-mounted carpet cleaning equipment are on exhibit with other cleaning industry memorabilia.
