Bill, Thank you for your response and interest in furthering our partnership. I strongly believe I could not be where I am today, had I not had the incredible opportunities of my past, primarily my association with Bane-Clene. I wish to extend a sincere "thank you". I would be most appreciative if you will share the importance of this partnership with all B-C owner/ operators. I do realize that not all would want to participate in the Commercial segment, but like the US Marine's....We only need a few great men. I would like to see your Management Course include a special Commercial Carpet Maintenance segment, similar to the soon to be revised: IICRC CCMT course.
