It is strongly recommended that you purchase an operator's manual and the maintenance training tapes or DVD's before calling with specific questions. We cannot and will not give training and equipment instruction on the phone.

Suggestions if you are buying used Bane-Clene equipment from an unauthorized source: Ask seller for clean bill of sale and be sure equipment is not encumbered by a lease, financing agreement or a lien of any kind.. Require the serial number and model number of the unit. If the serial number hs been removed or altered, the unit is probably stolen. Require the seller to demonstrate the equipment to be sure it is in working order and meets your expectations. Require the seller to demonstrate equipment maintenance, locate filters and explain the gauges. If the gauges are not operable, require the seller to replace them. Working gauges are critical in assessing equipment performance.
