Just a note of interest.
We have been finding that Molecular Modifier has been a great prespray for us where there are pets in the home, especially where there is olefin carpet.
"Berber Carpet Style" berber (what else) that did not remove with olefin prespray and extraction. The carpet is 5 years old, never been cleaned , and was home to two large dogs and two cats. In our follow up phone call, the homeowner related how the carpet now had an animal odor it didn't have before cleaning. We set up a recleaning and I presprayed with Molecular Modifier, let it dwell while I set up and the tan traffic pattern came right up with extraction. I was pleasantly surprised as well as they were.
There are other places where it has worked equally as well with pets. We’ve used where large dogs like to lay in the same place on any carpet and after prespray with Molecular Modifier it pulls right out without a problem. Normally, we dilute it to half but will be experimenting with just how much we can dilute, in these cases, and still be effective. It’s also applied with an electric sprayer.

Our oldest dog has storm anxiety and was given a mild relaxant and then put on our bed to sleep by one of our children. Sometime during the night the accident occurred unbeknownst to our child. I called Bane and was told they had experience with shooting the mattress with a molecular solution that neutralized the urine. The representative came and spent time cleaning the mattress as was proposed. I put fans on the mattress for several days. The application and removal worked and I can sleep on the mattress again. Of course, the accident happened on my side of the bed! This didn't totally eliminate the odor if I put my nose in the mattress, but I don't notice the odor when I am laying in bed anymore. It was awful before. I was ready to get rid of the bed. The technician worked very hard, was right on time, and was very friendly.
